1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Safarda platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and operators. Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Safarda provides AI-powered legal information, petition management tools, news, legal video lessons, a legal services map and document analysis for Uzbek citizens abroad. The platform is informational. Safarda does not practise law and does not provide legal representation.

IMPORTANT: Safarda and Safar AI provide general legal information only. Nothing here constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or replaces consulting a licensed attorney. AI-generated content may contain errors, be outdated, or not apply to your circumstances. Always seek professional counsel before taking legal action.

4. User accounts

You must be at least 16 to register. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to help@safarda.uz immediately. Accounts that abuse the platform are suspended without prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information in petitions; use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' data; upload malicious files or code; abuse platform resources with automated tools; harass or impersonate others; or attempt to circumvent security measures and rate limits.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

All AI responses, petition drafts, legal summaries and document analyses are generated by Google Gemini AI and provided 'as is' without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. AI can make mistakes and may not reflect current law. Reviewing and acting on that output is solely your responsibility.

7. Petition submissions

By submitting a petition through Safarda you represent that the information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false statements in official petitions may carry legal consequences. Safarda facilitates submission and is not responsible for the outcome, processing time, or the receiving authority's decision.

8. Document uploads

By uploading a document you confirm you have the right to share it. Documents are stored securely in Google Firebase Storage. You may delete uploaded documents from your account at any time. We do not use your documents for anything other than the analysis you requested.

9. Intellectual property

Platform content, design, branding and code are owned by Safarda or its licensors and protected by copyright. User-generated content (petition text, documents, messages) remains your intellectual property. By submitting content you grant Safarda a limited licence to store and process it solely to deliver the services you requested.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, AI provider outages or other technical issues. Safarda is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions. In an emergency, always contact your embassy, consulate or local emergency services directly.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safarda and its staff are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages; reliance on AI-generated legal information; outcomes of submitted petitions; third-party service failures; or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the platform in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms, misuse the platform or engage in fraud. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. On termination your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are settled by the courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
