Key point: We collect only what we need to run the service. We never sell your data. Your petition documents are private and encrypted. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.
1. Information you provide
Safarda processes your account details, profile preferences, petitions, uploaded documents, saved lessons, AI conversation history and contact messages. Technical logs may include your IP address and browser information for security and troubleshooting. Only share documents you are entitled to disclose.
2. Storage and access
Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. Safarda records use separate application tables and access rules that restrict personal records to their owner and explicitly authorized operators. Some services may share the same Supabase sign-in identity. Deleting Safarda data does not delete data in another application or the shared sign-in account. Transport uses HTTPS; no online system can promise absolute security.
3. AI and web search
Messages and documents you submit for AI processing are sent to Google Gemini. Chat history is saved in your Safarda account so that you can reopen conversations. When you enable web search, Gemini can use Google Search to find supporting sources; related search queries are processed by Google. Provider retention and processing follow the provider's applicable terms. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential information. AI answers can be inaccurate and require independent checking.
4. Maps, news and external services
Vercel hosts the application. OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles, and Overpass providers supply place listings. Opening a map sends normal network information to the tile provider; searching an area sends its approximate coordinates to the listings provider. Your location is requested only when you choose My location and is not saved to your profile. NewsAPI supplies news. Playing embedded videos connects to YouTube; external links and directions open the relevant provider's site. These providers have their own privacy terms.
5. Purpose and sharing
We process data to provide requested features, preserve your work, respond to contact messages and protect the service. Enabling a petition sharing link makes the content shown on that shared page available to anyone holding the link; review it before sharing. Private attachments remain access controlled. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers receive the data needed to perform their role.
6. Your controls and retention
Use your profile and settings to correct details, export Safarda data or request deletion of Safarda records. Saved records remain until deleted; there is no automatic three-year retention promise. Provider backups and technical logs may follow separate retention schedules. Contact messages are stored for handling the request and are not an automatic email delivery service. Use the contact form for privacy or deletion requests you cannot complete in settings.
7. Browser storage and updates
Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and remembers preferences. Optional analytics, when configured, require consent. You can change consent in settings. Safarda is not intended for children under 16. This policy will be updated when the service changes; the revision date is shown on this page.
